Yes. But when I register online as the bank person ask me to try online when she couldn’t done it in bank. It show I didn’t register for any fund yet so cannot register online account

I opened an ASBN account in a bank but havent subscribe any fund.
When I try to register ASBN account it require me to input any subscribed fund, which in my case I dont have any.

Any ways to proceed? I must go to bank and subscribe?

Must successfully subscribes to a fund only can registered online portal.
Try other old fund as the 2 new funds would not able to register your online portal even you successful subscribed.
This what i read in previous reported by members, but aint sure.

they are mostly bond fund. 80%. as in EQ5, they are heavy in bursa.

In order to subscribe old fund. i must visit bank?
No other way to do?

i actually opened up sara 2 account with 16k...then i get back, read these forums. Then next day cancelled the funds. theres 6 day cooling off period. i prefer more secure fixed d. haha
But the process to open and close each is 1 hour wait.

first time opening must visit bank..
later.. after confirmed... then just use MyASNB portal to add more fund into your account... just click "Beli DiSini" button
