Just bought one RT AC86U router from 11street and i believe its a china based router

When trying to set up with PPPOE, with username and password, doesn't have this thing where the "Special requirement from ISP" for me to tick
Hence, no network access, is that the issue why i can't access the internet?

If yes, which firmware should i get?
Thanks

Doesn't matter. Just go ahead with the settings
Once the settings is completed, you will see a slightly different GUI

In there, do this:
1. Go to LAN
2. Go to IPTV
3. Choose UniFi Home

Submit, then the router will be able to connect to UniFi

Oh, next time you have an issue with ASUS router, go to the ASUS support thread instead of creating a new thread

Flash latest firmware from asus website, their firmware is global.

If still don't have, try go Lan setting, then IPTV setting, from there you'll saw ISP profile.

Thanks both! Saw that and changed but sad lol

Just changed from Rt N12HP to AC86U

Guess what
My LAN is still at 100MBPS from my wall (seems like i got a bad LAN Cable here)
300 MBPS from modem to laptop with LAN
Standing beside modem with phone actually got me 50mbps (compare to previous 30mbps)
Connecting from my room actually got me 20-30mbps (compare to previous 15mbps)

And my ISP is like what, 500 mbps from what i have been told hmmmm
I should actually get a M5 deco pack seems like it damn
