hi i'm about to play WoW, can you help me on how to register an account, how to purchase the playing time card and how to use credit card to buy the play time.(i don't have malaysian issued creditcard)

hello guys, recently i've just play WoW using the 10 days free trial. And i wanted to ask is it possible to upgrade the account using gamecard coz i dont have cc or should i just create a new account? i'm bit lazy to do it coz my paladin already at lvl 15.
