Sapphire is built then sell project.

Already completed.

Dunno if this is their intention or cant sell earlier therefore labelled now as built then sell.

From the id....likely they are targetting group of buyers feom.certain countries.

Just visited their showroom last week. Their lobby design gives me the feeling of Pavillion feel with much affordable price and great promotion.

Floor to ceiling height for all units is 12ft tall. 10 units a floor with 5 lifts operating which is more than enough.

Only downside for me is the facility...very small infinity pool with very limited choice of facility. Other than that it's all good

The lobby designs make me think of china mainlander hotel with all the bling and shine....

Suitable to welcome prc tourists.

very convenient for those who frequently travel oversea, coz paradigm mall do provide shuttle service to KLIA & KLIA2. Literary like homed when u step down the bus, it connected with the Mall.

Heard that currently got 21% discount promotion from selling price, no need down payment biggrin.gif .. looks like the sales is not so good but the promotion is very good at this area where other developer still selling 1k psft rolleyes.gif

Hi Sifus, was considering sapphire paradigm & the arcuz. Heard from SA that sapphire now has rebate which come down to almost same price psf as Arcuz THATS why I’m considering it now. What’s your view on this? First house buying for own stay but might move back hometown & invest in future? I’m not so particular on facilities.

Which one is a better buy? Walking distance to paradigm or walking distance to LRT? 🤔
