i'm using the same board as u
at stock vcore can get up to 2.4ghz
now running @3ghz but need 1.4v

have u disable the CNQ?
also make sure u lower the HT multiplier to 3X or 2X

bro those X2 3600 brisbane core oni 1.9ghz
if u bought the 2.0ghz...then dats the windsor core
not brisbane

erm i dun think u can lower the vcore even if u found a gud hsf
even if u used freon cooling oso u couldnt bring down
the vcore

coz vcore is associated with bringing more performance out of the proc
meanwhile a gud hsf is to ensure the heat generated from the
high vcore used is cool down effectively

hehe dats normal when u flash ur bios bro
everything went to normal setting

every proc cn be o'c bro
its just how far can it o'c will be the prob
it depends on ur setup also

well u can have a look at the 1st page for mobo recmendation
brand such as DFI, Abit and Biostar are quiet gud
but try not to buy gigabyte...
