in this newest bios (as i never tried other than default bios previously)..
and i do mentioned that cannot change multiplier and undervolt the cpu...
after reading some comment on u guys keep asking same Q so.. i present u..

This option is for changing CPU multiplier..

NPT Vid Control
This is the great option indeed... it's should remember the default cpu voltage..
so for brisbane it's 1.25V (Startup)..
since the biostar's bios using +CPU Voltage normally we increase them to OC..
