Edison, im using Winfast A7600gt TDH (agp) but the TDH i replace with Zalman all copper...
Currently i took off the side panel of the casing and let the air flow freely coz i OC the thing. Not manual OC but 'detect optimal' instead...running cool so far...i use fraps to give fps info or u can use ctrl+f ingame.

Setting all to high and i set auto detail fps to 60 or 50...depends on the track...u dont want the track to change detail too abruptly when ure racing so set to ur own prefs.

I off all shadows and special effects...my rig just cant take it. Like izznatta said, visible cars can be set to 10-14....

and 16xAF and 4xAA at 1024x768....fps gets too low if i run it at 1280x1024....bottleneck monitor coz refresh rate wont go higher then 85hz.

vsync is always off.

And i make sure i run no bg apps to ensure my IDE HDD gives no unnecessary RDM (Rapid Disk Movement) during racing or it can be fatal to the fps...

All in all i think 7600gt is a good agp at least...one of the last....not too sure about the pci-e version. there is still some potential i can rip off from it still coz it bottlenecks at my monitor and processor....and ram...aahhh put it my whole pc la...LOL

ok...i'll set back to ISDN... last nite tested with pitt with no DC at all for hours....i was online from as early as 9 to 2....superb....probably coz its sunday....but its school holiday no?

btw....pitt set a searing 1.01.4s in trois..........itu dia garu sendiri punyer....dia cakap dia nak garuk kuda punya so ket set time under 60sec....LOL

Red, DC-ed one time few minutes ago. i havent set my connection to isdn yet....

its not my streamyx either ...usually prior to dc, my asdl lights will blink but it didnt this time...

no...LG226WTQ...prob with samsung 226bw is that the panel type has changed from the 'S' panel (the very good first one) to 'A' and 'C' panels which is, most of them say is inferior to the LG226WTQ panel...

Abt the resistance being too much, u can try reducing the overall strength at the momo logitech software.

Abt the spinning in a single seater -

There is a plugin for rfactor called realfeelffb...

This plugin can give u better feedback of the forces that is acting on the steering rack. Try it out, we all using it here and its entirely popular amongst rfactor racers.

Plus about the spinning in a single seater, you can set in the realfeelplugin.ini the individual setting for each car.

Since the forces acting on the steering rack is all i need to give response to the car, i dont need any other ffb strength to be so strong....in fact, in the momo logitech software, the plugin guys recommended for the overall strength to be around 100-105% and the rest is set to zero.

The strength of the ffb now is ctrlled entirely from the realfeelplugin.ini file.

Try it out and let us know.

Abit the pening at first with the setting to reduce tearing and ghosting...now i have vsync and tripple buffer on....running smoothly at 1680x1050....4AA and 16AF...

server dc or adsl blinks sampai server tak dpt update dari ko? Aku slalu camtu....adsl blink sampai time out....pernah jugak adsl blink tapi sempat connect balik dlm track .....jadik instance where u see my car gone and then its there again...lol

mlm tadik lost lots of track time due to my bad connection. They said they are fixing the line at my area and should be ok by morning...we'll see..
pitt stayed in the server and was not affected.

DQ means disqualified....

if u have to do stop and go penalty, u dont have to choose it on ur LCD...its automatic. U just have to pit in when ur spotter tells u to.

How did u get the penalty and is ur DQ is due to ur failure to stop n go?
