This version of Goldenport have problem with rolling starts where the cars starts from the pitlane and auto kink to the right hitting the pitt wall.

Anyone encountering the same prob?

Trying to find a fix for that.

Practising it offline though is impossible...even though im leading the pack in the formation lap to go faster, the pack refuse to follow....LOL

Start behind safety car impossible at this track, they have two chinese shaolin track marshalls holding back the pace car from deploying with their bare butts!

Ok...points revised, DNF drivers wont get any points even though completing 80% of race distance.

Ok....Points Revised after penalties imposed and reinstate points for Des_K, PCcrazy and maranello. Regulation currently says no points if u DNF even after completing 80%. Thats gonna be amended.

I'll try that one too....i think the speed is hardcoded but we can replace the rf3 safety car with ant safety car e.g. F1 CTDP one!

O orait....but did they deploy the safety car?
try the formation lap before the rolling start behind the safety car without skipping it.

If we can do that, it will be a manual rolling start instead of skipping it. Coz i dunno how to solve that problem of car starting from the pit after skipping the start formation.

for dedicated server host, copy the previous .mas and .scn files. These files will get rid of the marshalls blocking the safety car from deploying.

EDIT: ok everyone has to do this...

Backup the origianl goldenport files and replace them with the respective .scn and .mas ones....


Then, those who has CTDP Pace car or any faster pace cars, copy the pace car folder

C:\Program Files\rFactor\GameData\Vehicles\CTDP\PaceCar

and paste it into rfactor default pace car directory

C:\Program Files\rFactor\GameData\Vehicles\PaceCar

Then, open the OWChallenge06.rfm file and edit the line

SafetyCar = AMG_SLK55.veh

Evo...i think its only unique to this track since the pace car was held back and skipping formation lap will bring all the car to the pitlane.

Have u copied the CTDP05.mas to the Pace Car dir?

Raikonnen, if the dedicated server can be launched, we all and try and join and see if there is
any prob like mismatches.
