Thanks PCcrazy....I knew the sprint race is gonna be straight forward V8-Season thing with only 20 minutes run.

But the feature race with reverse grid was a bit of a lottery i must say and i always knew that. Few incident happened during the start which had few guys came very late off the line so they are slower approaching turn 1.

This allows me and Sabelt to charge through and luckily keep the position.

On the first pit stop i dont understand y sabelt took too long refuelling. My timing is just 9 secs, plus he stopped first. I was expecting him to keep the lead. On the first stop ive set my pit LCD to not to change the all tyres so only 9 sec spent.

It happen to me in the first race where I had to sit idle in the pits because the pit crew change my tyres. Now I learn that we can request no changing tyres via LCD.

how to request not change tyre?? i try to use arrow when in pit LCD but it not worked...

I do it at the start of the race immediately. It worked.

oh.....i will try again...gonna do test race with AI tomorrow...

Yup that can work too....for me i set the keys to be reachable so i can even change the pit setting on the fly...

i.e. yesterday 1st pit no tyre change and second pit change tyres...and u can change front tyres or anything u want.

Thats the beauty of simracing.....u got to be Jean Todt, Schumi and *cough*stepney*cough*...

mara, can show me the key u use?? and how to set them?? sorry for troublesome u....

I am aware of all this even i've highlighted this LOD pit selection issue to the admin after round 1 then till now, i couldnt any do or request anything to the pit. Heard some of you guys can do that but i dont. It's just not my luck.

Ok sorry about that but i think it was because onlyy some of us have this problem not all....perhaps its individual settings or some sort....

No no its not luck...like PCcrazy said, he CAN change tyres during round 1.

eh lupa nak post my thots of the race. Its a been awhile i raced online.

sprint race : had a good start, but couldnt defend my place in the straight because put on more wings to help slow my tyre wear. no. of time spun : 1.

feature race : once again had a good start and once again easy prey on the straight. was a bit conservative in the early parts to conserve my tyres. was able to pit later than people infront of me. With 4 laps to go only then my tyres turn red. No. of time spun : 2.

Overall a good come back race for me.

I wonder how will peeps react if we play CTDP F1 2005 season. Cant change tyres for the whole race.

I'm having some difficulties accessing my server now, remote connection suddenly been rejected (could be the datacentre connection problem), will try to up the server early before going outstation. Don't think can remote from UK next Friday due to time zone.

Mara, once i'm able to up the server, use the Admin Command to change the race duration in feature race. I'll set rF3 @ Indianapolis 2xtire & 2xfuel @ 20mins as default setting.

About the Megane tire change, try tekan ENTER after changing the setting, but last night race, i can change the tire but the indicator in LCD shown macam tak tukar...still left 2 red bar....hmmm

madnor, TS pun down ke? need to discuss bout the Megane part. F3 no problems.

As if being told earlier, then its okay. At least participants know what to do for the entire race and more conservative on driving style.

sabelt : you are right i never did post about the tyre wear. Probably i did disscuss it over TS session last season but forgot to post it in the forums. IM SO SORRY FOR NOT TELLING EVERYONE THAT YOU CANT CHANGE TYRE IN MEGANE MOD.

Dzariq left with 2 red bars on the front tires unable to change but me with 2 bars can change?
