you and partner is first time buyer?
i think if you are..the stamp duty should be exempted for this year..try check it out.
and i think that is reasonable since is quote u complete with disbursement.
mine last time was around 5k for 90k loan. and they quoted me twice.. for SNP as well as disbursement

Her father transfer property to her siblings (equal share). What about the loan legal fees or already in?

now that you mention it..yes it is not stated anywhere about the loan legal fees...
maybe you should ask them back

Hi all, Can adv if this is ok? SPA after discount is RM8500 LA after discount is RM6200 Freehold property Joint name for both property and loan 1 name is first time buyer Can I ask for more discount or can I remove certain items?
