I think if you want to make this game fun, use RM39.90 for monthly gem and you can get around 22k gem a month. Wheel or not, card kings or not, you can save them for speedup too.

Everytime wheel and card kings come, ensure to spend it on last day. Except you want to spin full wheel.

I kinda don't like this equipment concept, it's not easy to get blueprint and materials. The most we (F2P/low spender) can go are mostly Advance equipments. It takes very long time for Elite/Epic/Legendary equipment.

But there is no turning point since the bundle has been on sale.

Wheels is random, so... at your own risk.

For VIP, you need to join whale alliance to get VIP points or gems. If you buy bundles or even daily chest, you get VIP points too.

RM20.99 for first bundle can't help you in long run, unless you purchase max bundle everyday. Growth fund and monthly gem will.

And most importantly, max first skill of legendary (or even 2nd if it's good) !

You are quite patient to keep that much. Do you plan to max any of the above commanders? If no, 5511 commanders are not bad. YSG and Richard are decent commanders.

Someone mentioned that do not put universal sculptures into someone who can be retrieved from gold chest i.e. CC, Charles, etc.

You left 410 sculptures to Charles, 6xx to Richard in order to max, too far. Unless you can get more from events.
