nah, we had a lot of wars before this, i dont join because of low power, lol

they secured the pass to zone 2 in LK and I harvest and grow my power there

my kingdom has more active members compare to other kingdom in LK

u should expect a lot of wars in LK

but i dont think 50M power will reduce to 10M power 

troops is not the only thing that contribute to your power, u still got building, technology & etc

when u get attacked, u only lose troops if your hospital is full.
the rest stay intact. your wall and watchtower health will be zero but they will recover after time.
if your wall is burnt to zero health, u will be automatically teleport away but still in same kingdom.
CH levels do not reduce

no, nothing will be downgrade even your city got attack, u will only lost power due to troops lost/injured in the attack

u wont really zero , but u will get a lot of death and tons of injured troops, because your hospital capacity will protect the troops, troops lost happen when your injured troops exceed your hospital capacity

though u will need a lot of resources to heal the troops

not sure about that when you need 100+day just for 1 research in academy 

i started my game in nov 2018, quitted before CNY and started to play back in May 2019 

i was kicked out of the alliance with tons of scouting report but not attack, as soon as I played back and joined alliance, people attacked my city 

i left at CH22, so unless they really hate me, they wont attack me, i have not much resources left too

it will be fast if u join active alliance, I migrated at CH22 to new kingdom and join active alliance

got to CH25 within 2 months

yes, the leader ask other to help to push members to CH25

yes, T3 really cant do much 

it is nothing compare to all those upgrade before u get T5, lol

i am stuck now, all those war tech research took 100 over days, crazy

Take your time and just build and research. Try to get into the top alliance to get free chest and speedups.

what troops he used? full cav, full inf or mix?

imho, most likely is because T4 he used

Its just the stronger tier troop wins especially when he has T4 and further upgraded his military tech. I don't think that pair really sync that well. 

Last weekend, our Ark was 9 people vs 30 people. Same thing. We're fighting people around 4M~6M and only 2 of them has 30M. We totally conquered the map despite the fact that there's only 9 of us. Like you said, we can take down more than 5 troops even when they swarmed us. 

In my opinion, Scipio is for early game only before you summon and upgraded more of those commanders with troop specialization like Pelagius, Baibars, Belisarius, Herman, Kuzunoki, Sun Tzu. Nowadays, I use him as second commander when I join other's fort rally to increase the troop capacity.

for me, i think focus on full single type troop is better so that both your fist commander and 2nd commander can buff the troops up

btw, i got trick in AoO, get a max cleo, throw her to the battlefield full of sieges and gather.
anyone who attacks her will be sorry because of the +50% attack / 50% defense buff.

definitely VIP level until VIP6 which give u second builder

Just upgrade her Gathering talent tree like other gathering commander. As for her skill, just don't spend any Gold head on it. 
Grind as hard as you can during Strategic Reserve event to get her legendary sculptures.

What is your Minamoto skill like? And his level? 
His 3rd skill will help tremendously in dealing more damage to Barb.
