For Aeth need to be 5/5/ only level up or can be 5/1/1/ and slowly lvl up ?

Max it since daily you can buy 3 heads in the shops.

Sun Tzu & YSG for structure defense still the meta. Open field KVK P1 is all Richard with a mix of Martell, Aethel and alot of those who paid for Mina as far as leggos go. P2 will see Khan and Alex. So YSG users can splurge on Alex and get Alex/YSG open field meta, or Khan Cao Cao, or Richard/Martell.

HOW TO ENJOY F2P
============

Know your role: IMO F2P should leave rallies and major open field to whales during wars.

Join a strong ass alliance:
Sure, maybe you need to spend a few dimes initially to get up to powers requirement to join a strong alliance.
- Strong alliance with big ass whales are important. Reason: Those gift boxes are delicious.
- Strong alliance will have a crap ton of buffs. Reason: Check your combat buff log, Check your Tech Buffs. Savings on Troops Training time, Tech Research Time etc.
- Strong alliance will have holy sites to farm guardians: Free EXP!


F2P best contribution during war-time/KVK is:

1. Flag Defense
Porting next to flag and defend it. Whales only have 5 marches. It will be a waste of time and resources for them to defend some flags. While defending flag is not glamorous, 1 person defending a strategic flag (like a rear guard) is super valuable. Abuse reinforcing and abandoning flags as Rallies approach. SunTzu maxed, full skill tree, T1 garrison talents, and Call of the pack should be standard go-to for garrisoning. Meanwhile your 5xxx YSG secondary should deal deaths to newbs who sit around the flag. To be clear, you should sit in flag to defend if the flag is being filled up and refilled. Otherwise use abandon rally abuse. You will also find favorable trades if noobs hit your flag with their troops, in which case you can pop a Rich or Martell as secondary to SunTzu.

2. Farm sniping.
Annoying, and expected to be hated in world chat and LK chat ... lol Maxed Belisarius and google for mobility talent.

3. Resource Support to Whales.
You spending 40M resources on your army etc. will be a waste in war front clashes. 40M with little to NO impact.
You giving 40M resources to your T5 whales will win the war, and you get the spoils of war. Win-Win

4. Optional consideration, supporting Rallies
1st KVK you will need at least 1.5 full march of Cavs and 1.5 full march of Infantry
- Support Infantry marches during war time (mixed marches for intra Kingdom and unit specific marches during KVK.)
- Cavs marches for long distance fort rallies and fixed troops travelling to Hly Shrines etc. for guardian hunts. Use cavs for faster travel for all your troops.


Others non war related Objectives as F2P

4. Honor points, exp. farming
Hunts lots of Barbarians


So, considering all the points above; it is clear what kind of commanders, troops for a F2P or low spender need to prioritize.

Structure Defense:
- SunTzu Primary & (YSG, Richard, Martell etc... since this commander is like the village whore...)

Farm Sniping
- Belisarius & (Baibars, Caocao, Pelagius... Mobility & Nuke, 2 important traits to snipe farm. Kill farm fast and move fast.)

Barbarians
- Aetheflaed & (Richard) Chain farming Barbarians on your free time. Fan AOE & Heals from Rich. I can chain up to 20 barbarians with a L50 Aeth and L40 5111 Richard.

Resources
- Sarka, Joan (She can be an early 2ndary commander for other duties,) Constance, Centurion, Gaius, Seondeuk, Ishida, Cleo
All above farmers take em as they come. 30ish talent points, get all T1 Gathering talents and aim for More the better (or something like that... the bag icon... lol)

*These are my personal opinion if you want to actually feel like you are part of the alliance doing something and not play aimlessly constantly struggling with low resources, slow progress and not making an impact during wartime without proper commanders and proper objectives.

Don't worry so much about Osiris (although your SunTzu march will still be useful and belisarius farming camels.) Since F2P isnt exactly going to move the needle whether your team win or lose.
Don't worry so much about the Canyons (although all 3 pairs mentioned above still 100% fits into the canyon comp just fine, but you need to have the right talents.)
Reason being, once you start getting your head all mixed up trying to be better at these 2 events, you'd be swayed to level up some other commanders and not pin focused on the essential. ie "Elcid and Hermann makes an excellent comp in debuffing for Canyon..." These 2 events, will not do much for F2P progress, or at least not much you can do to advance yourself effectively.

be careful of vengeful alliances who lost the LT bid and will zero anyone weak.

after that, join the top 4 most powerful alliances to get to join the lost kingdom primary fighting.
