First ,
Ryzen or AMD. Overclock motherboard ? Wifi Integrated or PCIe ? Cooling system ? AIO , Custom or FAN ? IIRC Fan produce the quietest and strongest cooling such as Noctua. But expensive la. RAM ? 16 gb / 32gb ? Mhz ? Overclock ability ? Hard Disk / SSD solution ? Graphic Card ? PSU ?
