I actually got bacteria infection for my left lung two months ago and I got treatment at public hospital. Staying there for one weeks and had antibiotics for 6 weeks. Recently I went back for a return visit and the doctor said that according to my x-ray report it is getting better but it is not fully cure yet.

X-ray which was taken when I am staying in the hospital for one week actually shows that my left lung had shrunk which was only 2/3 of normal lung size because there is liquid in there due to bacteria infection. The recent x-ray shows that the size has gotten bigger which is about 4/5 normal lung size. The doctor advised me to get ct scan to check what is really going on and I actually got an appointment for it but I have to wait for 4 months for my turn. The doctor say I am actually getting better so do not have to worry too much about it and so I have to wait for 4 months.

Should I go to private hospital for ct scan?
If yes, anyone know how much is it and which hospital is better

No urgency to rush the ct scan. Can wait.

In the end it is up to you for the decision.
