I was looking at landed house for the nearest KL(my working place) looking for new unit, freehold. About 650k, may i know the nearest location under this price where you all suggest? Setialam? lol

Landed got sslh dslh townhouse smd bunglalow
If u restrict urself to onli new wan then u ll miss out the thousands of vely nice subsales which r nearer to kl

Setialam? lol Bandar Seri Coalfields ... if you don't mind the drive 2nd hand 20x70 going for around RM 550k n freehold or from developer 22x75 around RM 688k before all the discounts lah good luck and happy hunting

Setialam? lol Dun say nearest to kul lah....with 650k budget landed brand new....it sounds so unrealistic When u said nearest to kul i was thinking like less than 10kms not far rung shah alam, nearer to bukit takberuntung or nearer to seremban than kul kinda locationa Might as well say ATLEAST 30kms out of kul cbd. 40kms where possible. 50kms will be just nice

But yeah, break-ins for individual titled houses is pretty common around the Klang Valley (and pretty much the rest of Malaysia, but not as frequent).

Heard they moved out after that. But the worst case happened in a row of terrace houses where some mentally ill guy burgled a house 3 blocks away and murdered nearly the entire family in Sibu, save for the husband as he was away at work during that time. All that guy did was to open up the hatch at the ceiling, which accessed the void in the roof which links the rest of the terrace houses, and he chose the hatch 3 blocks away and was able to enter from the ceiling of that house. Hi Jack, so manage to target any after this survey? Subsale prop come with good location but we have to bear for reno fees. If new project then it is always 1m and above but still hard to get one in KL unless outskirts area. I would recommend Cyberjaya instead of Rawang or Kajang since that area is quite convenient with Mex highway. Due to current bad economy, there are quite many good prop in lelong now. U may take a look and monitor if any interesting unit pops up.
