Want to share my experience for those who planning to join as well:

Went to Maybank to open account but FP no unit so they asked me to open VP with min RM100. They said minimum RM10 cannot because will get error from the website. But I know they BS so I showed them the ASNB website where it says min RM10 for VP. Then the lady just blank2 stare at my phone like never see the ASNB website before. In the end I register account with RM10 only and the lady end up said something like, ohh tak tau la.. i biasa akan dapat error tak tau la..

Called shah Alam UTC, it is open on Saturday, the guy said can open account 1st and will process later. Just went there and the malay lady said can't open account because no quota available. Really cannot brain...

Seems to have alot of units today asm3... caught 20k within 5 minutes during lunchtime

I just opened account for my boy using ADAM50. I got rm200 in ASM3. I also have an account opened same time under SaRa2 with minimum value just to get account number. Upon return, I tried buying for myself ASM3 but no hits available. Then I tried topping up my boy's account, straight away get 1k unit into ASM3 no issues.

I think they have different allocation of units to adult and kid accounts. In that case, I know the 200 incentive I can only touch after he is 18yo. But what about additional investment I put in, i.e. The 1k units, can I redeem anytime or also only when he is 18? Cause if can redeem I will max out the account for my boy, I think max is 200k yeah?

Appreciate any feedback from those with experience in this. Thanks.
