Current 50k and future 25k is only for Cash tranx. Online transaction already being monitored and easily flagged, so they won't bother much.

Nowadays it's quite dangerous to do big sum of cash transactions. I think in the last 5 years, the number of cash transactions reduced to at least by 80% - 90% for an individual. For example, I only can recall I withdraw around 500 - 700 a month for food expenses. The rest, all digital transactions.

Even for ASNB, all the transactions are digital via FPX. Unless people bring 30k cash to the bank and ask to top up then it's a different story.

No issue login in now. No lagging as well.

Indians steady with average 12% holders for non-bumi funds. Always under impression, we don't bother about saving cash but in really still a very good number.

Have to agree with this one. Tried to get some of my close friends to invest in ASX but literally none did. FD only help you to fight the inflation rate and gold pretty useless if looking into growing investment.

ADAM50? Is there a standard allocation for that?

That's what i noticed as well. ADAM50 funds auto convert to ASM3 after kid turns 18. If units available for ASM2 might as well go for that too.

If you non-bumi, ADAM50 will auto changed to ASM3 after they turn 18. No need SA for your kid. Can transfer from your CASA account.

Account opening for new born baby with the mother as guardian, mom need to be present during account opening?

Those who registering newborn at JPJ Putrajaya will be given ADAM50 form along with the Mykid and Birth Cert.
All you have to do it, fill it up, attach with a copy of child's birth cert and your IC. Folks from ASNB will collect the form from JPN and deposit RM 200 into the ADAM50 account.

I posted about the JPN. But guess what, seems JPN never submitted the forms and I've waited for 1 weeks and no units allocated for my baby. So, I went to CIMB bank to open the ADAM50 account and within 24 hours, the remaja account got activated and available for top up from my portal.

Even based on feedback from JPN staff, only very few revert back to the JPN counter with forms filled up.
And yes, got unit allocation up to 50k for ADAM50 (yet to filled it up).

With 50k starting balance, If PNB can give average 6% interest for next 18 years, with my additional 1k top up every month, kid will have half a mil by the time she enter college. Beauty of compounding interest.

Means no one will be selling ASM1 in counters as well? Thought it worked same as wawasan

I was under the impression, the initial allocation 50k for remaja will always available for ADAM50 account and only additional monthly contribution depends on unit availability.
