Example , mynews , average 1 outlet profit 5k a month .
If u own 10 shops like this , a year 600k before tax .

5k profit a month for a retail shop , is achievable.

Or run a restaurant , gross sales a month 150k or maybe more . Net profit 20% of restaurant consider acceptable , so a month untung 30k .

Just to share how I handle my assess cash to ASNB fixed price fund :

Plan A
1. Extra cash ....try to top up ASM/ASW/AS1M ....
2. If#1 still have plenty left over,  go Plan B

Plan B
1. Open OCBC 360 acc , can enjoy up to 4.1% p.a
2. Dump Plan A cash into here , while waiting .

*OCBC 360 , 4.1% , to-do-list monthly:
1. Load RM500 into Debit/Saving acc  (Easy)
2. Spend RM500 from Debit/Credit card  (Easy as well , just load into Bigpay and spend, or withdraw out)
3. Pay TNB RM1 x3  (Easy right? )

Previously there were people asking if it's okay to top up during the month of ex-date, example from 1st to 29th Sept as ASM3 ex on 30 Sep so here's concrete proof that it's useless ya, you'd have to do it latest by 31st Aug

ASM2 has been good to me, got 5k after 5mins yesterday 10am, probably many cashing out to buy Genting Malaysia lols

Should have answer it..
If I'm your position.. Sure I blast them on the portal performance, funds dividends which slowly looks uninteresting,  and the issues of ASM being "close"..

Anyone if got the call. Please highlight the issues I stated above..  And any else u all deem fit 👍🙏
