at least most of my uni-mates (like 20+ people in chat group), when we talk about fd rates, asm, it is managed by the guys or their husband :-)

it is getting difficult to get units. Was getting ard 8k between Apr 23 - May 1. But last whole week + today just able to get 3k nia.

Been transferring from kids' junior saving acc to ASx...

tried so hard today only able to get 1k in asm.....

better than nothing 😄

yesterday got 3k, today zero.

Good reit seems another good option for long term investment, with ~6-7% return.
