2) if u insist on `pigi bank' , plz tell them before they reject your request .
` PNB say open new account can just buy rm10 fixed fund or rm10 variable fund' + if system down plz write down your name / time / bank name , I want email to PNB complain this is the XXXtimes server down .

as long as the button is not grayed out, you should be able to buy. The last time noobs not able to buy, the button was grayed out or disappeared.

Or just goto bank and buy any amount <$100. I think should just try buy online.

Yeah. Self contribute a bit, ASM a bit. In other words, if I feel cannot buy ASM fast enough, I dump into EPF 1 day before the last day of the month (because it takes 1 day for EPF to process and money must be in BEFORE 1st calendar day to entitle for that month's dividend).
