Very recent trend for ASW2 is from 4.55pm onward seems there is sudden availability of fund...may be ASNB releasing units which ‘reserved’ for over-the-counter, after the bank/ASNB closure time...

Beforw zaman MyASNB, once i was trying to top up from morning till 4.30pm..but got few k only...at 4.30pm i was last customer, and the staff asked me how much cash u have? I told 15k...she smiled at me and asked me to give her 15k and she deposited immediately..

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 2): Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) has named Hanizan Hood as its new chief investment officer (CIO) following the retirement of deputy president and group chief operating officer Datuk Idris Kechot on Dec 31, 2018.

In her new role, Hanizan oversees the day-to-day operations of all operating units within the asset management division, namely fund management, strategic asset allocation, equity market operations, fixed income, investment analysis and economics departments.

"Hanizan started out as a graduate trainee with PNB in 1996. Over her 22-year career, she has served in various capacities in the areas of equity research, money market, fixed income and portfolio management," it added.

Meanwhile, Idris has been with the PNB Group, including Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd, for more than 34 years.

PNB group chairman Tan Sri Dr Zeti Aziz said Idris has been a long standing and valuable member of the group's senior management team.

Even if i need money on 10Jan2019...i will withdraw on 2Jan and keep in CASA till 10Jan...so can earn CASA interest from 2-9 Jan2019 (only applicable if ur CASA using daily interest calc).

Yes forex fluctuation is major risk..thats why i never take loan overseas...eventhough some their offer incredible....

Furthermore, there is another issue in Qatar...if lost ur job...u need to clear your loan before u can leave the country..otherwise u will be in jail...huh huh!!!

Yesterday the bank guy called me..but purposely told im not interested unless he give lower interest rate...suprisingly he said, will check and come back...let see what is his new offer...
