Talking about property stocks...
ASx is investment mostly in SP Setia right? Today saw in newspaper about hike in cement prices & its effect on property cost... Some says Non issues since property developers profit margin is quite high... Highest in Asia... Compared with others countries... 40% increase in cost close eye only... Just drop in ocean only π |
