Does the problem apply to topping up in portal but via m2u for payment?

I read the #1 but was a bit surprised that the banks were so pushy on variable funds. The returns are quite bad too.

Do banks pay dividend to ASN? I always thought agents received commission for reselling the variable funds. Maybank is the only bank with connection to PNB.
