Betul jugak...forgot abt bumi investor who took ASB loan..

Current option 👇 for low risk
- ASNB Bumi 7%
- ASNB Malaysian 6%
- EPF 5-7%
- Mortgage 4-5%
- SSPN 3-4%
- FD 3.0-4.5%
- CASA 1.5%

So we just need to play around with above options...some may have withdrawal limitation eg EPF, SSPN...but some may have tax relief benefits eg EPF, SSPN, PRS...so pandai2 kira and find the best fit with your lifestyle..

12k per year...monthly masuk 1,000...wow syok2..

Upfront cost for remortgage easily 3-5%...uncertainty on gap in future...if gap negative before lock in period..then kena early settlement penalty if u want to close mortgage..

Yes very complicated...last year I thought of remortgage and invest in ASNB...but calculate after calculate, finally i abort the plan

u can top-up ASM3 junior upto 50k, but maybank2u is not real-time system, and changes to get unit is very low..furthermore u have to pay RM1 for each attempt even unsuccessful.

best option, go to MyASNB portal (www.myasnb.com.my) and top-up on real-time and with no charge...

if u facing any problem in using MyASNB, just post here

junior account automatically link to either father or mother...

please register MyASNB for yourself, then u can see "Akaun Bijak" tab...where ur junior account details should be there..from here u can top up for your junior...

no spam, no ASx...

ASNB has no minimum guaranteed dividend. EPF have minimum guaranteed of 2.5%.

Worst case scenario, yes zero dividend, no minus in unit..

At 0% dividend, the things u actually ‘loss’ is FD return and money value reduced due to inflation.

Bank FD is following Bank Negara OPR policy, no matter what hapoen to Bursa or Economy, bank must pay FD interest, as long as Bank Negara doesn’t reduce OPR to 0%, which never will happen.

Money value reduce every year due to inflation. Thats the main objective of low risk investment, to protect our money value againt inflation.

U have to open ASNB yourself, then only u can see ur junior account linked into your ASNB.

Junior account itself can’t register MyASNB, as minumum age requirement is 18yrs old.

Junior account only will be linked to parent account
