I can say it has a lot of steps and unneeded animation/pages. I guess the UI/UX Designer behind this tries to make things fancy. But it turns out to be hard to use. I definitely will keep on using the web version for both checking the amount and deposit. Why? Because my Safari browser on my iphone can use FaceID for log in. Much better experience using the web than the app. U know why? Because the fancy UI make it more expensive.. I'm sure asnb outsource the contract... So the company who got it, charged to max... Typical Malaysia style.. Only they got right about the portal UI.. Should have use the same company... |
