Next tip to open ASN account : Try buying $10 FP funds instead of large amounts before going for VP fund. A lot of people like to buy odd figures like 2888.88 or 88.88, leaving behind oddlots less than $100. These cannot be bought online because online minimum is $100.

It's also recommended to buy $10 of each FP fund (if available) so that don't have to go through hassles of not being able to buy online a fund not already owned like what happened today.

If you lurking at 10k ASM 1, it earns you 1myr550 a year. Put FD earns you 1myr420-460. That's an extra 10 bucks a month. Spend less and you save an extra 10 bucks without the needs of catcha'ing.

For those investors nearing 55 or early 50s...you have best of both world. i personally think putting $ into EPF, rathan than asnb FP.
EPF funds are diversified overseas, I feel EPF will outperform asnb FP short term.
Again, Unker kay-poh only, but if there's doubt.... Unker did put $ where the mouth is....in fact diligently maxed EPF last couple of years.

I think I've kept it for over 10 years and never ever won anything. I saw that BSN is one of the FPX payment type, I logged in to mybsn.com.my to check if I have anything in there. Account also deactivated and had to call on to reset.
