even ASB2 once also kena fully subscribed due to very limited fund size, even though the limit is 200k per account

Asm2 and asm3 also fully subscribed. But as long as people selling, then I could get. Usually within 30 mins attempts could get.

For asm it is entirely different case, no forumers here been able to top up even RM 100 for 3 months.

Ut dividend its taxed already. If you remember, previously you need to declare your dividend because if your personal  tax rate is low you can get back the tax differences but now because of Single Tier System you dont need to declare anymore.

If im not wrong, the UT tax exmeption is for company that invest in fund like the news below.. My previous Company did that instead of putting into FD. Fd interest is tax at company tax rate if you didnt know.

that's why they are freezing it since a dividend announcement of 6% will most likely exceed the fund size liao

so they only allow withdrawals at the moment

like i explained before, it happened with ASB2 few months back

This reason sounds acceptable.
E.g. ASM fund size previously 100, now 95 (losing money in bursa, who knows). And current subscribed amount is 90.
Different dividend date. But I am helping to reason out why cannot subscribe only, not I desperately want asm.

Can, but if the new TAC comes in late because you wait too long and you tak sempat key in, the screen will time out.
