QUOTE(neodude @ Jun 25 2019, 10:15 AM) firstly its asb3.. not the same investment category type as asb1. asb3 is growth wherelse asb1 is income Unker just reading up on morning posts. 2nd, it can be around the same or better depend on where the fund has been invested. since asb3 is not the same type compare to all aSMX This Neodude young man, got do homework one, n got Ron97 in his thinking cap...! Unker was curious why got loan for ASB1, 2 only... Now, Unker realises. (err, also no interest, as not eligible) But, comparing stock counter portfolios among ASB3 vs ASM2 vs ASM3....Personally, Unker wud rate ASB3 as weakest. Unker quite upbeat on ASM3. Well, if there's politics in granting the dividends (beg, steal, borrow vs Elder Believe reserves) , then all bets off the table. We'll know in couple of months.... DYODD, is it good time to redeem ASM 2, 3 ASAP, n use proceeds for booking early bird $$$ tour pkg promotion??? πΉπ» |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jun 25 2019, 06:36 PM) this one kinda hard. i asked this in the WA group before, wonder if the "guru" main income is the "strategy" that he/she claim is PERFECT or actualy living off the seminar/talks. i mean if the "strategy" is so good, do you really need to rely on "seminars/talks" for income?no wonder there's many people fall into investment / property scam talks/seminars |

if everyone as smart as you two, the gurus no need cari makan loh. the beauty of this is, majority are not, but they're trying to reach where you are. so the gurus cash in on that, give what they want, and they give what the gurus want.
Without them buying up houses, property counters cannot make more 1money, and in turn, less profit sharing to ASN and EPF, and so less income distribution to us. This post has been edited by beLIEve: Jun 25 2019, 10:44 PM |

Everyone has desires that can be satisfied by consuming a good service, or leisurely activity. Everyone is wired differently & has different $$$, as such different Economic Wants. Recently, Unker notices the common wants are brown sugar Bubble Tea. The franchise reaches $600k, n one KL Street has 30+ shops? To some sceptics, its just another tulip mania.
