yea...i puke a lot durin migraine attacks...painkillers won't work at all because i will puke it out after a few minutes... the only thing that can make me feel better is to sleep....there's no serious side effects after vomit le....i'm still ok...lol

just have enough sleep n drink lots of water....

lowyat82, the thing is...if she is having migraine, n she is the vomity kind like me, nothing works...whatever goes in will comes out in minutes...lol....i've tried even teh halia (an indian aunty told me its effective...) but i still have to rush to the toilet 10 mins later...

lowyat82: i'm not to sure y some ppl suffer from migraine n some don't...if i'm not mistaken, heredity is on of the factors...
i got it when i was very very young...i used to tell my mom my head hurts when i was like 6 but they would never believe me...haha...
anywayz, like what others say just try to prevent it cuz there's really no cure...some things trigger migraine, so she has to know herself....
