honey does help me when i am migraine
if there is no honey nearby ice cream works for me as well
not too much 1 to 2tablespoon of honey will be sufficient
or 1 scoop of ice cream

i am not sure
but every time i had migraine i will take honey or ice cream lo
eventually i will feel better in 10-20 mins after consumed

i dun consume pain killers
even panadol
it can make me sleep 1 whole day even i take 1tablet

maybe thats why la
i am not sure either

best is practice everyday lo
dosent mean on wood , plastic or metal as long as u eat can already
