 THE BEST RUMAWIP, What is your best rumawip? and why ?

For me, the best rumawip is ENESTA KEPONG.. because of low density per floor, and 50m only to MRT2 Jinjang.. After that, followed by Platinum Splendour, prime area, really close to KLCC.. Pontentially get future MRT3 station, direct access to Duke highway..After that is Kiara Kasih, Freehold, next to Mont Kiara and Publika.

if 5km can considered as booster.. anything can considered as booster in KL..

MRT only useful if walking distance..

i think one should not rule out MRT feeder bus coverage.
it's just like in singapore.not all housing areas are walking distance to MRT. example Tampines. (feeder bus to MRT/lrt) should be focused

SkyAwani 1 is actually the worst (or second worst) not worth it rumahwip in the market to get.
800 sqft at 300k come with 1 car park. Restriction in selling for 10 years.
Just look beside Maxim Citylights. 1007 sqft unit can get at 400k and come with 2 car park. Facade wise also much better looking compare to skyawani 1.

Another contender for the worst category rumahwip is Puchongmas.
900 sqft leasehold at 260k. Restriction in selling for 10 years.
Located nearby is OUG Parklane. freehold 950 sqft, can get at 350k.

2. be poor fish in the pool of RICH FISH. can ex-cy somemore. when ppl ask where you stay, you can look into their eyes and said Mont Kiara. this itself already worth the money [pls hide your wheels at home]
