Making adjustments is a bit more tedious, need screwdriver to unscrew and put it back. Personally I prefer looser setting for squat, and tighter for deadlift, not to mention your weight will fluctuate from day to day. With prongs belt, you can easily adjust on the fly. Also, the lever mechanism will surely be the first thing to fail and break, replacements are either non-existent or very expensive.
