Can I apply for Digi Infinite 150 in the Digi centers or this plan is only valid for online offer?

My place do not have Unifi coverage and my existing broadband is only 1mb so getting 30mb on Digi Infinite with LTE router is pretty good for me.

If i connect my pc to the router with LAN using Digi Infinite 100, is that considered hotspot or direct connection?

If i put the sim card in usb 4g modem and plug it into my laptop, does it count as hot spot? Or direct connection?

If built-in WWAN, considered as direct?

My Digi infinite number cannot make calls or receive since yesterday calls but internet connection is ok. Using B618 router. Have filed a report. Anybody else facing this issue?

I am currently using Digi 150 plan with Huawei B618. Been using it for one year. Today my phone have no dial tone but internet is working fine. I used other number to call my Digi 150, while it can get through but there's no ringing tone from the phone either. Anybody faced this issue before?
