For the Digi postpaid infinite plan ($150 and $100), is there any contract period eg: 1 or 2 years or can we cancel anytime we want to?

Tested digi at home. Only have 1 bar signal on my TP-link MR400 modem.
Speed test for download ranges from 1-10.5 Mbps and upload from 0.4-1.5.

Is there any way to improve the signal strength?

Thanks. Currently no good location. My yoodo is also 1 bar on modem but download and upload speed better than digi. Rsrp for Yoodo is -109dBm (digi should be worse. My digi has not much data left and I just switched out of digi sim card, so showing Yoodo's dBm instead. Digi's dBm should be worse than Yoodo).

Do you know what kind of external antenna I can add (any website that I can go see?). I just bought my modem, so at the moment not considering Huawei B618 yet.

Wonder if anyone know if we can subscribe for digi postpaid infinite for a few months, then later stop for a few months, then later subscribe again. Is it possible since there is no contract period. Scared that Digi may not like it and so prevent us from doing so.

1 thing I learned from generally reading the comments and rating section of various products, quite a number of the comments are negative but still give 5 star rating. I no longer trust in Lazada's rating anymore

alexchew_2020 I never thought of him getting it from TM as there's 1 year local manufacturer warranty. If we get from TM, then there's no warranty right? Sigh! Guess you are probably right.

alexchew Oh, I thought if one terminated one's TM line (although we paid for the Huawei modem), then no warranty already. Glad to hear that warranty is still there.

I guess some people are ok with their internet performance, that's why no necessity to get B618


moshpit21 I think its because the system automatically sets it at 5 stars for the seller. So one has to manually change the # of stars if one is unhappy. Also, its easy to miss the stars rating as its quite a bit higher compared to the comments section. Plus, Lazada will prompt one for review and if we clicked submit, then automatically 5 stars. That's why so many people never comment but give 5 stars. Only the delivery company, the number of stars are not set.

alexchew My phones are volte enabled already (though phone settings do not have the volte button. Used *#*#4636#*#* to check for volte) . But then my sim card in my B618 modem is Yoodo (Yoodo does not have volte). I have digi and unifi mobile sim cards in my phones. Understand that digi and unifi mobile support volte.

Like that still can test for volte? Interested in hearing how volte quality is like. Also can save some $ as not paying for phone charges

I know Digi has to call up CS to activate volte. Not sure whether have to call up unifi mobile to activate volte though
