They say unable to reset due to system error again. At least still got internet running

Now this infinite is legacy plan already
Live chat and 0162211800 customer service personel seems to not know the existance of this plan anymore
I have to restart the live chat a few times only can get someone who know the existance of infinite 150 to reset quota as most of them seems to think mine is postpaid 150 2021

I still maintain 2x Postpaid Infinite 150 2016.

correction:
earliest discussion of Infinite 150 appears in Digi fan thread v12, circa March 2017. But I do temember the other Infinite 80, Infinite 100 appeared much earlier than this later Infinite 150.

my 1st subscription (and terminated because "011" not nice number) was from June 2017. I signed up the other 3, of which 2 I still maintain until today.

They have revamped all existing (current and legacy) plans

So they have updated themselves to not help infinite users to reset quota

The good thing still is that we can still use our data after the initial 999gb fup

Prepaid better at least NEXT 45 (6Mbps) and NEXT 55 (10Mbps) unlimited have true 999GB FUP

Older Infinite plans still better as you still can use data after initial 999GB FUP

Saw the maxshit plans with free tv looks so enticing but quota is shit low... =( while i dont heavy download, with the plan shared with 5+ people in the house, at least needs 500gb to be safe. Offering of just 200gb for family plan is just a bit too kiam siap...

Fiber cable actually reach quite near my rural but also not so rural place, but is like 1km short. Maybe can try ask TM if got any chance of extend...

You insert into B618, it will be utilising hotspot quota.

Does your plan provide sufficient hotspot quota?
Fibre sounds like no brainer to maintain over B618.

You do realise this thread is about Digi Infinite (2017) plans - some with unlimited quota for hotspot - that are no longer offered, right?
This is not about Digi Postpaid 150 w/ "un"limited add-on, and not about the Digi Infinite (2022) that are recently marketed.

So I am guessing since our plans are outdated we won't be able to access 5G?

Guy seems a bit confused about the current Digi Infinite 150 plan. I been payingRM159 for the previous month, but the latest bill shows RM190. Is the "Roam Like Home" feature no longer free? Also, many mention that there's a data quota for the latest 150 plan, but in my Digi app it still shows as unlimited.

Are there any other telcos offering unlimited plans for the convenience of three users using a HUAWEI LTE router with speeds around/above 10mbps? Stable coverage for Bandar Parklands area??

Are you referring to Digi or Unifi? I saw that Unifi Air seems quite suitable for my needs, but I'm concerned about having to commit to a 2-year contract, especially if I'm not sure about the coverage in the area I mentioned.

Also, I have another question. With all these unlimited or wireless plans, can I still keep my current Digi number? I'm quite fond of this number.

For me 1TB is more than enough, but only problem would be the hotspots which my case is for 3 user. If it limit to only 10gb hotspots then this plan consider useless to me.

After searching for all the telcos, it seems like all 5G plans come with limited hotspot data. Now, the only choice would be to go with the Unifi Air 5G plan.
