To existing postpaid 150 infinite users, did you ever contacted by digi representative via phone trying to entice you to change your postpaid plan?

No worries.

I received calls from this number a few times. Truecaller app shows "Digi Scam" but people commented it is a sales call. Not sure I want to pick it up.

Hi. I did check the thread using search, but it seems no answers (when query-ing "freedom").

I was wondering if the legacy DiGi i150 (2017) users can pair with phone freedom plan without converting into any new plans?

odd.

I'm told my current line cannot accept any more supplementary lines, but I did see a "family line" option.

Hmm.. Did the CS misunderstood me? or because I never had a subline under my DiGi Infinite i150, therefore now I can't make my family migrate as my subline?

why you want to make supplementary under Infinite lines?
all versions of Infinite are supposed to be primary, no supplmentary. It cannot share data to supplementaries; no point in parking supplementaries under Infinite.

add:
Administratively, CS would not allow register suppl under Infinite lines.

Guys, I just noticed something, I am able to download torrent with my Digi Unlimited Data plan without using VPN. I used to subscribe Surfshark VPN for my torrent download, however, I had stopped the subcription few months ago.

Currently I am using Digi Postpaid 150 DS 2021 with no speed cap Hotspot and bundle with IP14PM. Switched over from i150 and got this offer from the Digi Telemarketing team as they told me EVERYTHING will be same with my i150 plan plus now I can sign up a phone plan.

After I had switched over, I immediately noticed my Hotspot speed was capped at 10mpbs, I called to the CS and screwed them upside down and demand the same Telemarketer to call me back and give me an explanation. After keep calling for few times a week, and I keep chase them for 2-3 weeks; voila they finally unlocked the Hotspot speed cap for me.

Tips: If you really wish to use Digi for the next 2 years while wish to change your current phone, when they asked you to switch your legacy i150 plan, make sure you ask them regards the Hotspot speed cap.

Hey all i150 user, is it still worth to keep this plan since umobile have introduced 68 5g home?

The cap might be the factor but compare to i150 at similar price, 4tb of 5g speed is better right?

I think digi should enable 5g on this plan. Or people will move to other better plan.

umobile 5G coverage & speed no problem but 4G coverage & speed usually sucks at some place
if confirm no problem, better change to umobile u home 5G

addon 1Tb = RM30

U Home 5G SIM works as hotspot on smartphones, double the FUP to 2000GB for just RM30
