It’s likely address problem. In my case, when I searched my taman’s name in Maxis database, it won’t show up. I had to search for the highway’s name then suddenly my taman showed up exactly in the same name I searched earlier.

Likewise, in Digi database, when I searched solely for my taman’s name, it showed no coverage. But when I searched for the name of my taman’s lorong, let say Lorong Raja Laut 23/6, the whole address including the taman showed up. Their database is really messed up.

Please refer to the picture posted below. I am able to migrate from Digi Prepaid to Digi Postpaid 150 Infinite just fine. My only guess is you have unpaid outstanding to your Digi Postpaid 38 that is preventing you from changing plan or upgrade another service number from prepaid to postpaid, or you’ve been blacklisted by other mobile carrier due to unpaid outstanding and this could be your old postpaid account. Do check on MyDigi app to find out if you have any outstanding amount you have to pay, or check with your old mobile carrier because many people accidentally missed payment to their old mobile carrier after they terminated their service.

I’m afraid the above trick won’t work in his case as he wants to terminate the service. He can call in to request to suspend the service now but on day 61, the line service will automatically resume and he will have to follow-up on that again.

Last time by toggle on the ‘suspend’ button on MyDigi app, your line will be terminated should you fail to reactivate the service within 7 days of suspension. Many people complained their mobile line got unfairly terminated such way. So Digi changed their policy some time last year and now instead of terminating your service for good, if you suspend your phone line through MyDigi, service will automatically resume on the 8th day.

Unifi 100Mbps and Maxis Fibre 100Mbps or even Digi Fibre 100Mbps and Celcom Fibre 100Mbps are cheaper than Digi Postpaid 150 Infinite. Unfortunately people that rely on Digi Postpaid 150 Infinite either stay in places that do not have fibre coverage or no port available. The no port available part can be especially frustrating because the coverage is there but your fibre service provider refuses to increase the port number. So it has nothing to do with people not willing to pay more.

The RM60 infinite mobile postpaid plan with unlimited data and 20GB Hotspot quota paired with Digi Internet Freedom 130 plan and above is gone too. That was a very good plan.

Existing users on the plan before any revamps or withdrawn from new sign-up shall continue to enjoy all the perks you. Just like Digi Postpaid 80. Digi had revamped this plan so many times to the point i also forgot how many versions of Digi Postpaid 80 there are on the market.
