The problem is the Raw format is taken with 3rd party software.... |

Canon RAW format... Need 3rd party software to open it. Can try UFRAW.

in simple term, RAW is an uncompressed image. Mostly used format in Canon brand DSLR.
UFRAW is a software where it allows you to tweak the photos in RAW format, example the white balance of the RAW photo before saving in JPEG or other formats. |

That's the problem. i dono which one to download. i downloaded some winrar stuff and i don't see any executable icon in it

Aiyak, try use irfanview 4.0 from www.irfanview.com and don't forget to download the plugins.

There is many raw viewer in the market such as photoshop CS, GIMP, irfanview, raw Therapee etc.. u can google it up and look for the one u like.
