I recently changed one of my 2 way switch to Aqara switch, basically you need to test on both sides which one allows the switch you want to change to turn on, then on the side you are not changing you need to just join the two wires together and the third cable left alone tape it or use a wire cap.Understand from your point, at one end you did is to put L to Aqara L and L1 to Aqara L1 respectively.
