just got unifi at my place and i cant login with some of the more frequesntly used passwords by tm. anyone knows what they use for this model?

check the bottom of the router. tm generally will put a label sticker there showing the password they use

hi, the password is located under your router

it is password like admin@xxxx, please check your router bottom there.

The last 4 digits should be having numbers and capital letters.
Alternatively, try blank, or starts with Adm@XXXX

ur password should be USER PASSWORD -> IN THE PHOTO.

Happen to me, cannot login using router default password. Maybe installer boy screw up, they using old netbook and using on screen keyboard to setup my unifi. Would try to reset and set by myself if ok with you guys, there is guide i can follow in dlink website how to setup unifi router.

Any luck? Press WPS/Reset button for at least 8 seconds. Restart of the device is automatically executed.

I have the same problem.. password under the router doesn't work. I have tried all the suggestions on this thread. none of it work. I wasn't home when the technician installed unifi. I want to reset the router, but the username and password for my unifi account weren't provided.

Can call 100 and ask for the password. Wifi name usually they use same as your unifi acc unless someone suggest something else.
