no hard feeling, change to vostro? wait long long got la. if really need to replace, similar range with 640m I think is only Inspiron 1420. Inspiron still target for home/end user. Vostro will be target on SOHO/small business user, so the prices are a little higher than Inspiron for sure, but lower than Latitude. model for Vostro is actually 1400, 1500, all black. silver color at 1st page like 1420. 1520 & 1720 are actually still named Inspiron.
maybe some user get confuse.

But only all AMD model are not available in Malaysia, US have it.

you may insert the sim card and must work with WWAN card too. Somehow, even you both hardware but also no such service available yet in Malaysia. wat's use for WWAN? refer: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wireless_wide_area_network

if you never reformat the computer before. most probability is because windows only accept max 4 primary partitions. which is Dell Diagnostic, C:\, PC Restore, Dell MediaDirect. you can check & see. or can tell us any other diff partitions. if you wish so, advise to reformat, create a extended then can have many logical as you wish
