wnated to ask tht... what is the actualy price of this 1520?
i've costumize the 1520 to RM4672.

so, do i need to cut off RM600 since it says Instant Cash Redemption if i ordered it online?
or, i need to pay RM4672?

another thing is, how do pay for it?
i saw some "CHEQUE" thing. we give the CHEQUE to the guy who deliver us the lappie?

Dell(tm) Inspiron(tm) 1520 price range starts from RM 2999*. It depends on what you have customized. I think this price is after the RM 400 or RM 600 instant cash redemption.
*
i'm getting the PERFORMANCE's 1520
so its costumize to RM4672.
and then, the price (RM4672) is already RM600 deducted?
so if i wanted to order it one PHONE, it'll be RM5272 lor? cuz RM4672 + RM600

am i right?

The price on the screen RM 4672 is after instant cash redemption. Technically this is only applicable if you order online.

But however, I think if you order through phone, they'll still quote you with that price (RM 4672).
*
so anyhow, i will also only pay RM4672 on the online booking or phone booking right?
heard that if i phone booking i can get benefits wor?
like, something FOC or upgrade other things cheaper etc.

You don't have to add the RM 600 even you order through the phone. They will still give you the discount. Along with the 2GB upgrade. Ask for freebies if you do it by phone.
RM 4672 sounds like a full spec from their range. For gaming?

diners, when you order through phone, the sales agent will ask you to provide the E-Value Code.

In your case, it'll mostly be Q520722N-WEB.

ok, the code thinggie i can check online while i am doing the order right?

and, if i make the order through phone, how i pay?

also same method like ordering online?

sorry, last time my dad ordered this DELL for me.

so i have no idea how to do it myself since dad went outstation.

I have no idea as I don't have cheque book with me.

Perhaps you could inquire more when you wanted to place order through phone. Or just give them a call on Monday regarding this matter.

Sorry for couldn't help on this.

Maybe you can choose the mainstream model and just upgrade the HDD capacity to 120GB or even larger. Sounds good?

I think the main difference is more on 3-Year Limited Warranty (Next Business Day On-Site* Response).

Both comes with Windows Vista Home Premium.

I hope you're referring to Dell(tm) Inspiron(tm) 1520 with starting price from RM 4199*. The performance 1520 has a faster and better CPU - Intel(R) Centrino(R) Duo Processor Technology - Intel(R) Core(tm) 2 Duo Processor T7100 (1.8GHz/ 800 FSB/ 2MB Cache)
*
i'm taking the 2.0Ghz one...
both PERF ans MAIN also taking 2.0Ghz

PERF's 1520, 120GB, student and office bla bla bla, 3yrs warranty = RM4672
MAIN's 1520, 80GB, works bla bla bla, 3yrs warranty = RM4477
p/s : besides by the HDD and SOFTWARE, both of them have SAME specs i've chosen.

which one worth?
i'm not heavy user of mem i think.
cuz my current comp's 40GB i still got a lot left.
and the WORKS thinggie, 365 days only use 3.65days~~

so which?

my budget is lower than RM5k~

and now choosing only~

@vinoth:
so u need to prepare the CHEQUE lah? seems so easy ^^
