Yes it is , i drive normally only around kl, not racing or any kind, how is Michelin PS3 compared to the pirelli ones, and how much roughly for the tires ? Thanks!

Thanks! For town use dont need 1st tier grade tyre. Pirelli, michelin & continental usually for high speed & brutal driving. For normal u still can use good year, bridgestone, dunlop. Just avoid made in indonesia. Usually i use 2ndhand tyre imported from polland if michelin. almost 5years on highway rush. Sometimes travel trg-kl-trg 3 tines a week. Speed between 140-200kmph along the highway. Make sure u got right air pressure & no abnormal condition on tyre. I got fren just use new tyre for few month then burst on high speed. Its bridgestone re003.

I got fren just use new tyre for few month then burst on high speed. Its bridgestone re003. Goodyear, Bridgestone, and Dunlop are also premium top brands that make high performance tires suitable for sport driving too (ever heard of Goodyear F1, BS Potenza, and Dunlop Sportmaxx series?), just like Michelin, Pirelli, and Continental also make low end lousy econo tires that are only good for comfort and durability (for example Michelin Xm2, Pirelli P1, Continental CC6), so you cannot just generalize by brand like that. As for comments about made in Indonesia, that is also not true. If top brands like Goodyear or BS but made in Indonesia then the quality is still pretty good, especially since Indonesia road condition and climate is even harsher than here so if the tires can last there then surely it can last here also. They also need to adhere to the quality std demanded by those brands. I have used top tires made in Indonesia, China, and Thailand many times and they're all performed as expected of those brand quality, never disappoint. If you meant pure Indonesian origin tire brands like Achilles or Accellera then I could agree to that because they're not yet having the same level of technology as those top brands.
