I am using Mate 20 X and I have the same firmware with the digi label as well. And I got another unit of the same model and this is not using digi, this does not have the firmware with digi label but it is the same version. So far I have not seen any different.

Just got my Mate20 pro replaced at Pavilion SC. Pretty straightforward. A box was opened with a new phone in it. Asked me what color I want and I chose the same twilight color that I have right now. If you regret your initial choice of color this is your time to switch.

Had to leave my phone for an hour and a half then I walked out with a new unit. First thought was that wow this new unit's screen is so clear. Never realized how the green cast has washed out the colors of my phone altogether.

My unit now is BOE. Previous one was LG.

I suggest go to SC. Was told by the lady that if I experience any issues with it just bring it back and they would do another replacement. But in her experience no one has come back yet.

I reported the issue using the HiCare app installed on the phone. The CS agent validated my complaint and within 24 hours someone from Huawei called me and instructed to bring my phone to a service center of choice. From there I brought the unit only.

Oh, if you are using Nova launcher, there will be a glitch in recent app animation.

The log is in recent app, you can lock some app in the memory and those app won't be close when you click "clear all"
