I bought my device in Senheng so not entitled of the refund. I ask the service center lady hand it back to me and took a few portrait of my baby girl in the SC, shortly after sent it to my wife before hard reset the device. The camera is awesome!

I complain in fb a week ago, then today rep call me. She told me is normal for oled,I said bullshit, she ask me go service center to check.

NO 1:1 exchange as this is not huawei policy, as she told me.

What should I do now?

Actually my phone screen still bearable , but now I dislike the way they handle this issue ! I told her many countries already admit this is huawei fault  ,but she still insist it's normal.

Hello. Got it from Miri as well. I think the only collection centre is arm store right ? Still kinda hesitate to return without knowing is a 1 to 1.

As mentioned, Huawei is now doing 1 to 1 replacement due to this issue. Few of us here already gotten it replaced

Yes got the update already. Everytine seems fine FOR NOW!! 
Just go back and get another 1:1 exchange bro. They already said will keep exchange until issue solved. This time tell the cheebais u dont want to wait more than 1 hour. Tell them you know in that room they keep alot of host phones. The China bos sendiri told me Pavillion got alot of stock came in for exchange. Sunway only has very less units.

If you want full refund also can fight, they quite easy agree to give me full refund. Just make a scene there. I've sent you a PM. Let me know if you need anymore help. Kesian u bro.

Oh no my green screen has gotten worse to black screen 😭

I have yet to visit Huawei SC due to schedule conflict. Anybody else experiencing the same? See on the right side of screen.

Oh dude this sucks. Interesting how it became yellow from green. You don't wanna change for another one that is BOE? The phone is good on its own sans the screen.

Last two days Mate 20x was sold at RM2599 in Huawei Malaysia website. I believe the price will drop very soon.
