Just placed order in harvey norman for mate 20 pro black

Receipt stated clearly will entitle free

1) bluetooth speaker by huawei
2) wireless charger
3) talkband

Not sure why they give the bluetooth speaker which mate 20 getting

Just collected mine from Harvey Norman.

Apparently as promised supposed to get Huawei Bluetooth instead but they changed to CLIPTECH??

Anyone from harvey norman have yet receive the wireless charger? It has been 20 days but they keep say huawei do not have stock on the pre order gifts

Was ignoring the hulk for past 2 weeks until yesterday use the phone under darker area. Tak tahan to see it. Decided to call up SC to check the procedure but was told that they only can REPAIR by replacing the screen but not 1to1 change

Anyone manage to do 1to1 exchange?

On their service letter you'll see the real company name. I can't remember already as the service slip at my office now. That is why whenever someone go each different service centre they get different replies. Huawei need to standardized and one official service centre controlled by them in each state.

They are in plain clothes but you surely won't miss them as you will know they are from China. Straight away approach them and tell them you want brand new with box exchange.

Sound good. But it should apply for all SC. This is a big issue for all the defect screen

Just left Klang Parade SC, was informed that my phone condition was not serious enough cos only can see under the dark. She took a phone out with condition even can be seen under day light. Even if I insist to change, I only allow to change by reparing the screen.

Yes its on the right. The left one is Samsung S9.

Called up their contact centre to lodge a report. I will lodged CFM, MCMC if they refused to change for me.
