I just realised how soft the speakers of the Mate 20 are when compared to the P9 Plus. Maybe all this IP53 / 67 stuff is one of the reasons.

I had a P20 Pro it was softer than the P9 Plus too. But still louder than the Mate 20.

Thought I wanted a bigger display with tear drop notch and the Kirin 980. Also that ultra wide angle camera.

On the other hand I am tempted to switch to OP6T because of OxygenOS. But afraid I might miss the Mate 20's camera and stereo speakers 😅

Maybe that's why some people in XDA mentioned Chinese version doesn't allow usage of third party launcher.
I kinda like using lawnchair.. But now.. I guess we're stuck with EMUI launcher. Maybe another reason for me to switch over to OnePlus 6T. Is it just me or is anyone else noticing the Mate 20 speaker's volume feeling quite weak at 50%? Anything below is just super weak.

Mate 20 has a dedicated speaker hole at the bottom. Not USB-C.
