I bring all my previous ip68 phone under water. But if anything happen i know the risk la. Haha. Because warranty not cover for water damage usually
Guys, 1st i need to emphasis that the phone is not under Huawei and i did ask the technician, the LCD screen has issue is not because of water issue. There is no water mark/ water sign says this phone has went into water before. It just happened right after i put my phone in the swimming pool.
So lucky me.
Secondly, im here not to bash Huawei so dont get me wrong. Im here to share. since the service center is also under Huawei, i did ask abit of Huawei quality as im looking for phone for my dad.
As mentioned, Huawei battery has problem with bulging. So guy, when charge that time please dun use it. Unplug then only use. If not it will create more heat as it is charging n use at the same time.
And, of course there is some minor issue here n there.
Lastly, there is a lot of Mate 20 series went into RMA issue due to, people like me. Take phone into pool or sea. So, not sure whether they really unlucky or the built quality really is one of the concern.
So, now i think im pulling out from Huawei for temporary of time.
