direct d is very reliable... bought a few phones from them... from 1 small shop to multiple stores nationwide now...
u need to go to their stores coz sometimes they updated their freebies...

If u bought phone with original warranty then its good. Trustable. But ap set with shop warranty then need to avoid. Im bought 2 phone from them. One direct walk in. Another one through postage.

I had 2 good warranty claim experiences from directd
One a HTC GPS issue rectified within 2 weeks and another op5t replaced with brand new set. Initially for the op5t I was told need to wait for battery to be in within 2 to 3 weeks. However later I was given a new set

I dun recommend TG especially if you on gaming because it will cover part of your screen. Get a better silicon screen protector instead such as X One!

U can try TG with no black border like hoda or tmax. Hoda is quite expensive. Mine currently with rockspace SP. Suggested by the shop owner after i let him know i wanna try xone stealth armor. Rockspace is kinda like mobile outfitter sp. Cut by machine. Material is also silicone-rubbery but i kinda like it. Smoother than xone.

just want to ask if you guys encounter problems for the fb apps?
I got a problem where when I open a facebook groups, I scroll down and sudden it keep load and does't load out the older post, just keep loading and I need to close the apps and open it back only can.
sometimes it happen on the recent search as well.

On my mate 9, i can configure and view news, not on m20p, is there some setup or memang takde?
